Schedule your FREE initial consultation using our online booking platform. We'll chat via phone, video call, or in-person at our studio in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ.


During the free initial consultation, your fitness coach discuss your physical history as well as your fitness goals and determine the best path for you.


Next, we'll set you up in our handy dandy fitness app that lives on your smartphone which we'll use to track your progress along the way.


Each session you'll come to our gym in Scottsdale and we'll guide your through your workout to ensure you're using proper technique, provide motivation, and make adjustments on-the-fly if necessary.

Meet The Trainers

Matt and Hannah Pithers are the dynamic husband/wife duo behind Form Fitness. Click on the images to learn more about each of these incredible personal trainers.


What qualifications and certifications do you have as a personal trainer?

We both hold our BS in Kinesiology as well as multiple nationally recognized certifications (ACE and NASM). Perhaps most importantly, we have 15 years experience working with clients from every walk of life!

What is your training philosophy or approach?

We train for LIFE! We all get one body to carry us through life, and we want everyone to know how to best take care of it. Building muscles, strong bones, learning to fuel properly, and creating healthy habits will lead to the most long term success. Fitness will look different on everyone, but we want to help you create and maintain the best version of yourself.

How do you motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness goals?

Motivation comes and goes, but with the right program in place to create healthy habits and the right accountability, you can reach any goals you have. We stick with you, demystify the process, and encourage and empower YOU to find your "why" and stick with it.

How long will it take to see results?

This depends heavily on your individual goals as well as your commitment to staying consistent. With a proper routine, you will start to notice positive changes in your body and mind within a few weeks, but it could take 6 months to a year for you to solidify your new healthy lifestyle.

Can you accommodate any specific health conditions or injuries I have?

Absolutely! We are well versed in pain management, injury recovery and prevention training during and after pregnancy, as well as training with chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders. In certain situations we will ask for your physicians clearance to make sure you are safe, but we are confident we can create the right program for you.

Do you offer nutritional guidance or meal planning services?

We are not dieticians, and do not create personalized meal plans (and you should never take a meal plan from someone who is not a registered dietician), however, we will spend a lot of time educating you on the proper way to fuel your body. We put a big focus on intuitive eating and learning about how your food affects your overall well-being so you can learn what works best for YOU and your lifestyle while you work towards your goals.
