I’ve been a certified trainer since 2009, and I’ve loved every minute of helping others become the fittest, healthiest versions of themselves.
With a family history of health problems linked to poor diet and sedentary lifestyles, I knew early on that I wanted to make choices that would allow me to age as gracefully and actively as possible.
Inspired by Personal Experience
Watching my wife, Hannah, face the challenges of Crohn’s disease reinforced the importance of never taking health for granted.
Her resilience inspired me to double down on my own fitness and use my skills to help others stay strong and capable, no matter what life throws at them.

With roots in bodybuilding, calisthenics, and nutrition training, I’ve developed a proven approach to help people create a lasting relationship with health and fitness.
My passion is teaching others how to keep their bodies strong, resilient, and free from preventable injury or illness. Growing old without ever realizing what your body is capable of would be a shame — and I’m here to make sure that doesn’t happen.

We're both certified personal trainers with over 25 years of combined experience. We've helped hundreds of clients improve their fitness. Matt has won body building competitions. Hannah has battled back from Crohn's disease.
Keep it simple. We try not to focus on whatever new exercise is trendy. We tend to stick to tried and true methods results.
We find that every client is motivated differently. We figure out what works for you and we lean into it to help give you the extra push you need.
The time it takes to see results will vary for each individual. As long as you stay consistent and try to eat healthy, you can see results relatively quickly.
Of course! We thrive on helping people with health conditions or those recovering from injury get back to feeling better again.
We do not offer meal planning but we are relatively comfortable providing some nutritional guidance. It should be noted that we are not nutritionists though.
