No. Our Start Strong program uses bodyweight exercises so that you don't need all the fancy equipment.
This depends heavily on your individual goals as well as your commitment to staying consistent. With a proper routine, you will start to notice positive changes in your body and mind within a few weeks, but it could take 6 months to a year for you to solidify your new healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to have you feeling good in 12 weeks though.
We both hold our BS in Kinesiology as well as multiple nationally recognized certifications (ACE and NASM). Perhaps most importantly, we have 15 years experience working with clients from every walk of life!
No we do not. Because this course is hands-off, it is up to you to put in the work and stay consistent. We have over 15 years of experience in the personal training industry and we know this stuff works and have hundreds of happy clients to prove it.
